Through in-person or live online courses, participants will learn how to navigate complex decisions, create an emotionally safe environment, and have better outcomes with less effort. If you are already using Agile or Lean practices, our approach will help you scale to your entire organization.

These courses provide the fundamental ideas and tools needed to create organizational agility. Topics will include consent-based decision making, elections within a team, double-linking structure, and harmonious processes for feedback, evaluation, and implementation.

Introductory Courses

Level 1 Facilitator Training, 2 Days

This course will result in you being able to guide consent-based decision making, elections within a team, creation of a double-linking structure, and mission statement facilitation. Training includes a deeper dive into Agile values and methods, and elaborates on facilitation techniques and mindset. Ample opportunity to facilitate during the course, and live feedback from experienced facilitators will allow you to be the change agent for your organization.

Receive our Master Certification, which will give you the ability to train others in your organization in these principles and practices.
